Director, THUMP Boxing

Christian has been teaching boxing for fitness for over ten years and has been involved with many high profile athletes such as the Sydney Swans, West Tigers, Penrith Panthers, and NSW Cricket team. He is a Level 1 Boxing Coach and has a Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science.

His passion lies in presenting to other instructors the art of boxing for fitness and the many benefits associated with this type of training. Christian has always maintained that boxing training is for 'all walks of life'.

Matt Beecroft
Reality Self Defence & Conditioning

With a 12 year career in fitness and defensive tactics, Matt Beecroft is certified with some of the world's top strength, conditioning and functional movement coaches including Pavel Tsatsouline (Russian Kettlebell Challenge), Scott Sonnon (Circular Strength Training) and Gray Cook (Certified Kettlebell Functional Movement Specialist).

Phoebe Lahey, BHMS

Phoebe has worked in the fitness industry for 10 years as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, sports trainer, strength and conditioning coach and lecturer for the Australian Institute of Fitness NSW. As co-owner of Sydney Health and Fitness, Phoebe has worked with clients ranging from children to state and national level professional athletes.

Nardia Norman

Justin Tamsett

Justin has been in the industry since 1988 as a personal trainer, sales person, club manager and club owner. He was the winner of the Fitness Australia's Presidential Award for Industry Contribution in 2006. He has been facilitating the Australian Fitness Round Table Program since 2004 and now has 6 Round Tables in Australia and New Zealand. As the Managing Director of Active Management, he consults with clubs in sales, customer service, retention and marketing. He was awarded the Australian Fitness Network Presenter of the Year in 2008 and is a highly sort after speaker at conferences around the world because he shares practical ideas and his unique Aussie larrikin presentation style. Sean Tindale

Former Newcastle Knights Rugby League player Sean Tindale has achieved much success on and off the field. Sean not only has established a successful personal training studio (Knockout PT Cronulla) but has also stamped his mark as a key Strength & Conditioning Coach in the fitness industry.

His skills and dedication has seen him called upon by many professional athletes and sports teams to help develop their core stability programs. Sean has been a key member of Team THUMP in presenting to instructors how core stability is crucial when it comes to boxing training.

With 15 years experience in the fitness industry, Sean has become one of Sydney's most sought after group fitness instructors.

As well as being a valuable member of team THUMP, he also owns and runs his own boxing for fitness and group exercise company. Sean's dynamic and motivating style of instruction will put you in the right frame of mind to achieve all your fitness goals.

Adam Jenzarli
Adam's Fitness

Having previously worked as a Career Scout at the Australian Institute for Fitness and currently as a senior Presenter of THUMP Boxing for Fitness Instructor courses, Adam's passion for health & fitness has always been there.

Adam also specialises in outdoor training and Boot Camps.

Luke Starr

Luke Starr is Co-owner of the CrossFit Active facility in Waverton, North Sydney. Luke recently competed in the 2011 Reebok CrossFit Australia-New Zealand Regionals, placing 9th overall in the Open Mens division. Luke has worked as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach in the UK, USA and Australia.

Running a successful Personal Training business "Stepping Stones To Fitness" in Geelong, Victoria, Trevor shares his time between being a senior presenter for THUMP, teaching Cert. III & IV in Fitness, personal training, boxing training and instructing several exercise classes.

With an extensive sports background, Trevor is passionate about the Fitness Industry. He enjoys the difference he makes to his clients training as well as the positive effect he has on the many Personal Trainers he educates.

Ray Kelly is one of Australia's leading weight loss authorities. A trained Exercise Physiologist with over 20 years experience, Ray has created programs for Olympic athletes, overweight celebrities and the morbidly obese. He has also worked on The Biggest Loser, training 2 winners from 2 attempts! Ray has also worked with most of Australia's leading professional boxers, including Anthony Mundine, Daniel Geale, Lenny Zappavigna, and Chris John. If they've headlined on Foxtel then there's a good chance Ray has worked with them. He was also a trainer on The Contender Australia.
