Christian has been teaching boxing for fitness for over ten years and has been involved with many high profile athletes such as the Sydney Swans, West Tigers, Penrith Panthers, and NSW Cricket team. He is a Level 1 Boxing Coach and has a Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science.
His passion lies in presenting to other instructors the art of boxing for fitness and the many benefits associated with this type of training. Christian has always maintained that boxing training is for 'all walks of life'.

Phoebe has worked in the fitness industry for 10 years as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, sports trainer, strength and conditioning coach and lecturer for the Australian Institute of Fitness NSW. As co-owner of Sydney Health and Fitness, Phoebe has worked with clients ranging from children to state and national level professional athletes.

Former Newcastle Knights Rugby League player Sean Tindale has achieved much success on and off the field. Sean not only has established a successful personal training studio (Knockout PT Cronulla) but has also stamped his mark as a key Strength & Conditioning Coach in the fitness industry.
His skills and dedication has seen him called upon by many professional athletes and sports teams to help develop their core stability programs. Sean has been a key member of Team THUMP in presenting to instructors how core stability is crucial when it comes to boxing training.

Adam Jenzarli
Adams motto in life is, choose something that you love and are good at and be the best you can at it. Adams passion for health and fitness especially in boxing and body building has always been there. At the age of 34 and years of being in careers that he did not love, it was time he took his own advice and started a career in the fitness industry.
Adam also specialises in Outdoor Training (BOOTCAMPS) but still Adam never says it's just a job, to him it's his passion, his LIFE.

Mel dos Remedios has over 15 years experience in the fitness industry. She understands the challenges faced by today's personal trainers. As a former professional athlete and trainer to the trainers in one of New York's hottest gyms, Mel has trained everyone from professional athletes to stay at home mums. The former NSW Regional Personal Training Manager for Fitness First, Mel now specializes in change management and people improvement. She is currently in demand in the corporate sector working with companies to help their employees achieve their goals.
Matt Beecroft

Matt Beecroft is the Senior National Fitness Presenter for Thump Training Systems in Sydney with over 12 years experience as a personal trainer, chief instructor and fitness director of martial arts clubs, gyms and the Zest and Goodlife Health Clubs in SA. He is the current PT and GF Coordinator of World Gym Adelaide, a CST (Circular Strength Training) instructor, Crossfit Level 1 coach, and NCAS Level 1 Sports Power and Boxing coach and a Licensed Graduate 5 Krav Maga instructor with Krav Maga Global in Israel and a Muay Thai fight coach. Nathan Quinn
Nathan is an Exercise Scientist with over 10 years of training experience and specialises in training for functional and sports conditioning and the neuroscience of behaviour change.
He has competed in Natural Bodybuilding under the INBA federation for many years and is the holder of numerous titles.
Nathan is currently the Education Manager for the Personal Training Academy, where he trains Personal Trainers in Cert III & IV and advanced certifications such EMT. Nathan develops and delivers numerous workshops for many major gyms throughout Australia. He works with and learns from some of the world's pioneers in fitness and movement.
He has also created and delivered the 'Movement in the Workplace' Corporate Program for Body-Brain Performance Institute and also delivers presentations to High Schools as part of their Sports Development Programs.
Nathan has worked in sports-specific training with elite athletes in baseball, cricket, tennis and athletics and has delivered pre-season programs for football and soccer teams.
